Buttock Lift

How Buttocks Lift is Done
There are several surgical techniques developed for this procedure. The choice of technique is based on the severity of sagging and amount of excess tissue. This procedure is performed with a surgical incision on the back, which is hidden under a bikini line. Different techniques allow for a varying amount of skin and fatty tissue to be removed for obtaining a better shape.
What to Expect After Your Buttocks Lift Surgery
Recovery time varies, but the typical candidate should expect about 3 to 6 weeks of downtime. After surgery, your incisions and sutures will be covered in gauze and tape which will be removed in about 1 to 2 weeks. Drains may also be used which are removed in 7 to 10 days. A special pressure garment will be provided to be worn for 6 to 8 weeks after surgery. To ensure proper healing and the best results, physical activities will also need to be limited during this time.
